The parade has turned part of The Crescent in Garforth into the newly named Fairy Lane after the same road attracted hundreds of visitors when it was transformed into Candy Lane at Christmas. So are you ready to enter into a world of magic?! Here goes...

May ordered the dolls on eBay but decorated and added wings to them all herself.

The 70-year-old said: "I'll never stop. This weekend I'm going to make another house and I want to keep giving my new fairy house different things."

May added: "My garden is full of light and fairies and people go 'oh my gosh' when they see it. One of my daughters even said 'wow mum this is magical'. I'm really really pleased with it."

May said that people around Garforth 'know what she's like' and have been dropping off old furniture to give her the materials to make new things with.

The department store has a dress shop with fairy dresses made by May - and a pizza parlour and fairy café.
