Boris Johnson is blaming care homes for his own failings
Boris Johnson and Donald Trump have much in common, particularly when it concerns the steps taken to control the threat of coronavirus: nearly everything they have done has been a disaster.

The worst thing is, just like Mr Trump, Boris believes he did everything right.
Now, just like Donald Trump, Boris is trying to lay the blame for his failings elsewhere by suggesting that care homes themselves were responsible for thousands of deaths.
What a pity we can’t find a Prime Minister like Jacinda Ardern of New Zealand who is the first to admit when she has made a mistake.
