Our homes are our sanctuary and now, more than ever before, it is the one place where we feel safe.

As the Government has advised people to remain in their homes and socially distance, our houses – be they terraced, flats, detached, semis – have never been more important.

Every single one of us has a sense of pride in the place where we hang our hats. And it is from our own windows that we watch the city continue to change.

The skyline of Leeds has transformed dramatically over the years – from the striking Bridgewater Place to the new buildings springing up on the city’s South Bank development.

As Leeds continues to grow and progress so too does the views of our great city.

And that is why we are today launching a series of special reports looking at those who have the best views.
