The rugby legend was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in December and has spoken openly about his battle alongside fellow sufferers Doddie Weir and Stephen Darby.
He revealed he has started recording messages to his children in the event of him losing his voice during his battle with the incurable condition.
A fundraiser – supported by thousands of people – has raised more than £320,000 to support his treatment and help his young family in the years ahead.
