The passion, the pride and the sense of comradeship is shared in those moments of celebrating the highest of highs and commiserating with the lowest of lows.

And this weekend Leeds will be uniting for the country’s cause to cheer on our own local hero Kalvin Phillips as he dons the shirt bearing the crest of the Three Lions.

Phillips, who can now confidently say he belongs in the England camp with eight caps to his name and a body of work in the top flight, will no doubt be wearing his country’s shirt with pride as England’s Euro hopes kick-off on Sunday.

And he’s even getting goosebumps just thinking about playing in front of England’s loyal fans.

After such a stellar season in White for Leeds United back in the top flight of English club football, there’s no doubt he should feel up to the task.

One thing is for sure our Kalvin has all of Leeds - and England - right behind him.
