Man found dead after emergency services called to house fire in Leeds

A man has died in a house fire in Leeds.

Emergency services were called to Crosby Terrace, Holbeck, at about 2.30pm on Tuesday.

A fire had broken out at a house and a man was pronounced dead at the scene.

West Yorkshire Police have launched an investigation into the incident.

A police spokesperson said there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances at this time.

Officers are now trying to locate the family of the man.

Anyone who knows the man's next of kin are asked to contact Leeds CID by via 101 or the West Yorkshire Police website.
