M62 West Yorkshire: 'Serious collision' closes slip road near Leeds for five hours after overnight incident
Part of the M62 near Leeds was closed for five hours following a “serious” crash overnight.

The exit on the westbound carriageway at J25 near Brighouse was shut shortly after 2am following the smash. Taking to Twitter, National Highways Yorkshire wrote: “The slip road and the roundabout at J25 are expected to remain closed into the morning for police investigations.”
However, the investigation has now been completed and the road was fully opened just before 8am.
No details on the cause or casualties have been disclosed.
