M62 crash: West Yorkshire motorway hit with 90 minute traffic delays after large diesel spillage

There are severe delays of up to 90 minutes on the M62 after a diesel spillage on the motorway.
A lorry was involved in a crash this morning, which left it knifejacked across the carriageway. It spilled a large amount of diesel onto the road at Junction 24 for Huddersfield.
Two lanes of the westbound carriageway will remain closed throughout the evening as emergency resurfacing is completed. It’s causing traffic chaos with delays of up to 90 minutes.
