Two new dining halls have been dedicated to former pupils at a Leeds school.

Artist Jenny Makin of the Gorse Academies Trust painted portraits of the youngsters which will permanently be displayed in the halls.

Principal Leanne Griffiths said: “It was a wonderful, poignant event. We are very grateful to everyone who helped make it possible.”
