Taking place at Sky Betting & Gaming in the city on June 26, the day will mark the launch of the Northern Coaching Network, which brings together firms that use coaching techniques to develop their workforce’s skills.

Companies involved with next month’s Great Northern Coaching Conversations event include the BBC, Skipton Building Society and Morrisons.

Sky Betting & Gaming’s head of talent and organisational development, Catherine Boddington, said: “We want to give local organisations the network to learn more from each other about coaching and the impact it can have in driving the success of the Northern Powerhouse.”

Attendees can choose between a morning case study session, an afternoon hands-on coaching programme or the full day-long event.
