Laura English-Rose, regional development manager at Muscular Dystrophy UK, said: “Move A Mile events are always a great chance to get the family out for the day and support a fantastic cause – it’s specifically designed to make sure everyone can take part. The money raised from this event will mean we can continue to help improve the lives of thousands of families living with muscle-wasting conditions. Please join us on December 1 to make sure that we can keep people moving for longer.”

The walk is fully accessible for wheelchairs and buggies. Registration opens at 10.30am, and the walk will set off at 11am. Tickets are £5 for adults and £2.50 for children, or £10 for a family of four. Visit www.musculardystrophyuk.org/events/jingle-bell-mile for more information or to register.
