With the show homes now open for viewing, which gives purchasers the opportunity to view the high-quality finish that they can expect from owning a Strata home, many more reservations are expected over the coming weeks.

Andrew Weaver, Chief Executive of Strata, comments: “The interest expressed at Intrigue has highlighted the real need for housing in the Ossett area. We have been overwhelmed with the response received so far and expect this to increase when the show homes open their doors.

“For anyone interested in the development, we would encourage them to register their interest and visit the show homes to truly understand all that Strata has to offer.”

The development is five miles west of Wakefield, 2.4 miles away from Dewsbury with the larger cities of Leeds and Huddersfield both a 13-mile commute, making it ideal for those looking to cut their daily commute.
