Aerial adventure course Go Ape opens its new Leeds site tomorrow.

The high ropes centre in the grounds of Temple Newsam includes high-rise assault courses and zip wires.

It's suitable for all ages and bookings are now being taken.

The franchise has sites across the UK, including at Dalby Forest in North Yorkshire, and is popular with hen and stag parties.

Go Ape originally favoured a site near Roundhay Park, but councillors preferred the Temple Newsam proposal after objections were raised over noise and parking. 3,000 people signed a petition opposing the development, claiming that wildlife in nearby Ram Wood would be disturbed.
