Giant spider lands on Trinity Leeds roof

A GIANT spider terrified shoppers after landing on the roof at Trinity Leeds.

The huge arachnid was spotted on top of the centre’s glass dome this morning (October 30) – on the eve of Halloween.

The strange creature was first spotted by a Trinity Leeds security guard, who said: “I was doing my rounds this morning when I heard shuffling and what sounded like clicking pincers.

“Visibility was poor, but as I looked up I’m sure I could see through the shadows what looked like a giant eight-eyed, eight-legged spider on the roof.”

The spider looks set to return to Trinity Leeds for Halloween on Saturday, October 31.
