The Yorkshire Sculpture Park is an open-air gallery in West Bretton near Wakefield showing work by British and international artists, including Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth.

The park is situated in the grounds of Bretton Hall, an 18th century estate which was a family home until the mid 20th century when it became Bretton Hall 
College.

The sculpture park, which opened in 1977 stretches over 500 acres of fields, hills, lakes and woodland.

Follies, landscape features and architectural structures from the 18th century can be seen around the park including the deer park and deer shelter, an ice house, and a camellia house.

5.

The park became Bretton Hall College in 1949, which became renowned for its art, music and drama courses. Famous alumni include Reece Shearsmith and John Godber.
