Escaped unusual bird on the loose
An unusual bird has been spotted on the loose in Wakefield.
The bird, believed to be a South American Rhea, has been roaming around Princess Gate, in Horbury close to the M1.
RSPCA officers are at the scene and the police have been called.
In July last year police were also called to help catch an escaped Rhea after it was spotted in the Thornes area of the city.
