Emergency services called to fire at Leeds factory in the middle of the night

Emergency services were called out to a factory in Leeds in the middle of the night after a fire broke out in the building.

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue were called to the building on Wide Lane, Morley, at 4.30am.

A fire had started in the compressor room of the factory.

Crews from Morley and Hunslet stations were called out to the scene.

They used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and positive pressure ventilation to put out the fire.
