Emergency services battle fire in fourth floor Leeds flat

The emergency services battled a fire on the fourth floor of a building in Leeds today.

Fire crews attended the flat on Levens Garth, Halton, at around 1.30pm this afternoon.

Crews used two hose reals and breathing apparatus to deal with the blaze.

The aerial ladder platform was also used to deal with the fire.

A high powered fan helped crews to clear smoke from the area.

Fire engines from Killingbeck, Hunslet and Leeds all attended the fire.
