The two-storey building is a disused garage, and reports from West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service suggest only five per cent of the building was in flames by the time they arrived.

Two breathing apparatus and two hose-reel jets were used to bring it under control.

All persons were accounted for.

No indication to the cause of the fire has been reported.
