Ed balls has finally been given the boot from the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing show after a dance off against Judge Rinder in last night's show.
The former shadow chancellor and Morley and Outwood MP said the judges were right to vote him off but he was going out on a high after getting further than he ever thought he could.
He said: “It has been much more than I ever thought it would be . I’ve learnt about myself and performing and what I can actually do is way beyond anything I would ever have imagined.”
The unlikely Strictly star is the tenth person to leave after coming last in a Cha Cha challenge as well as doing the usual routine.
