Delays as Leeds trains cancelled
PASSENGERS faced major delays on the trains this afternoon with a swathe of cancellations on services in and out of Leeds.
Network Rail blamed “a problem currently under investigation” at the Apperley Junction near Guiseley for disruption on lines to Ilkley, Shipley and Bradford.
Several services were axed and others delayed.
Services were running normally again by late afternoon.
