It happened between 7pm and 7.30pm on Leeds Road, outside Edward VII Working Mens Club & Institute on Saturday, May 8.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "Leeds District Police would like to speak to anyone who has information about the incident which took place outside a working men’s club in Allerton Byywater on Saturday May 8.

"It took place between 7pm and 7.30pm at the premises on Leeds Road when the victim, a 22-year-old woman, was assaulted by a male.

"He was described as white in his 40s and as having short dark hair

"Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who has information is asked to contact Leeds District Police on 101 referencing crime number 13210227828."
