A black Nissan Turano SUV was used to ram Rajput Jewellers in Roundhay Road, Harehills, at about 6.15pm yesterday (Tuesday).
CCTV footage provided to the Yorkshire Evening Post shows the car being driven into the road before reversing at speed to smash through the window of the jewellers.

Hide AdMasked men then jump out of a second black car, a Nissan Juke, stealing about £30,000 in jewellery before fleeing in the car.


Smoke can be seen billowing from the front of the shop during the ram-raid.
West Yorkshire Police have confirmed the Nissan Juke was stolen and was later found abandoned in Burmantofts.
Officers are searching for the suspects and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Hide AdA police spokesperson said: "Police are appealing for information following a robbery on a jewellers in Leeds.
"This is believed to have happened at about 6.15pm yesterday when a black vehicle was used to cause damage to Rajput Jewellers in Roundhay Road.
"This vehicle, a Nissan Turano, was recovered from the scene.
"The suspects, who are believed to have taken around £30,000 in jewellery, fled in a Nissan Juke.

Hide Ad"This was found abandoned in the Burmantofts area of Leeds and has been identified as being stolen earlier this week.
"Enquiries are continuing and anyone with information which may assist this investigation is asked to contact Leeds District Crime Team on 101, or by using the options on the West Yorkshire Police website.
"The crime reference is 13200551192.
"Information can also be reported anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers."
