Unsupervised learner has car seized after being caught driving by police in Mabgate
A learner driver has been reported and had their car seized after being caught by police in the Mabgate area of Leeds.
Roads policing officers caught the driver with no 'L' plates displayed and no supervision on Monday.
The driver told police that their driving test was booked in 'for tomorrow'.
Police subsequently seized the vehicle and reported the driver.
West Yorkshire Police roads policing officers tweeted: "Mabgate, Leeds - Driver is a Provisional Licence holder who was stopped with no L Plates displayed and not supervised.
"Driver told us that they have their driving test booked in for tomorrow!
"Vehicle seized and driver reported."
