Because of his previous offending, Dudzinski was due a visit from police officers on November 11.

As well as an attempt to delete the image, they found that the defendant had downloaded the Telegram app which he was prohibited from using.

Prosecuting, Joseph Bell said: “The crown submits that this was a deliberate breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), because he was searching for things that he shouldn’t.”

Dudzinski, of Elland Road, Beeston, admitted two breaches of the SHPO and a charge of making an indecent photograph of a child.

The defendant had written a letter in mitigation for his actions, as well as submitting a letter to the court written by his partner.

Judge Tom Bayliss KC told him: “You are so close to going to prison today. I am going to give you one last opportunity to amend your ways.

“It doesn’t matter what beautiful prose you write in letters to the judge, it’s going to make no difference in the future. If you do it again, you will go to prison for a long time.”

Dudzinski was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment, which was suspended for two years. He was also ordered to complete a total of 55 rehabilitation activity days.
