Officers executed a search warrant at the house and seized more than £4,000 in cash and Class B drugs on Monday evening.
The operation was coordinated by the south Leeds Neighbourhood Policing Team.
The address that police raided was in the Middleton suburb in Leeds.

One suspect is under arrest and enquiries are ongoing, police said.
West Yorkshire Police is appealing for residents to continue to pass on their community intelligence in person, via 101 or online as they 'do act on it'.
A post on the West Yorkshire Police South Facebook page said: "This evening your local NPT officers have attended at an address in Middleton and executed a search warrant.
"Class B drugs were seized and cash in excess of £4000 was seized from the address.
"1 person was arrested and enquiries are ongoing.
"Please continue to pass your community intelligence, in person, via 101 or online…..we do act on it!"
