Police launch investigation following burglary and attempted break-ins at homes in Ilkley

Police have launched an investigation following a burglary and two attempted burglaries at homes in Ilkley.

The incidents happened in the early hours of Sunday October 25.

Two attempted burglaries at residential properties were reported at around 4.30am on Belmont Road.

A burglary at a nearby residential property on Colbert Avenue is reported to have taken place around 20 minutes later.

West Yorkshire Police have launched an appeal for information.

Anyone with information or who witnessed anything suspicious is asked to contact police using the Live Chat, quoting crime reference number 13260607065 for Colbert Avenue, and crime reference numbers 13260609596 and 13260609567 for Belmont Road.
