Police launch appeal to trace man wanted on recall to prison

Police in Leeds are appealing for information to help trace a man who is wanted on a recall to prison.

Andrew Fawcett, 31, from Beeston, is wanted for breaching the conditions of his licence.

Officers said they have conducted extensive enquiries into his whereabouts.

However, they are now appealing for the public to assist the force.

Andrew is described as white male, slim build, short brown hair and a black tattoo on the left-hand side of his neck.

It is believed that he may have a bandage on the rear of his head.

Police believe he may be in Leeds City Centre and the surrounding areas.
