West Yorkshire Police say the man is 'high risk' and have appealed to the public to help track him down.
Stephen Jarvis, aged 54, is described as a white man, 5ft 8 tall, medium build and with short receding brown hair. He is clean shaven with a 'Yorkshire' accent and has a pot on his left leg.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black tracksuit bottoms and a turquoise slip.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 with log reference number 1514.
