There were 37,047 violent and sexual offences recorded in Leeds between April 2020 and March 2021, according to West Yorkshire Police data made available on observatory.leeds.gov.uk. But some areas were particular hotspots for this type of crime. Here we reveal which Leeds areas recorded the most violent and sexual offences during that period. 2. Middleton Park
There were 2,249 violent and sexual crimes recorded in the Middleton Park ward during that period
4. Little London and Woodhouse
The Little London and Woodhouse ward includes the city centre. There were 2,189 violent and sexual crimes recorded here
5. Burmantofts and Richmond Hill
There were 2,122 violent and sexual offences recorded in Burmantofts and Richmond Hill
6. Killingbeck and Seacroft
Killingbeck and Seacroft recorded 2,000 violent and sexual offences
