Police concerned for welfare of missing Burley man

Police are concerned for the welfare of a man who has been reported missing in Leeds.

The man, known by both the names Issah Al-Meshall and Meshack Allan Oduor, has been reported missing from the Burley area of the city, police said.

He is described as a black man, aged in his late 30s to early 40s, around 6ft tall, of slim to medium build, with short, black hair.

He sometimes has a goatee beard, police said.

He was last seen at 9.30am today (Tuesday April 27) near Victoria Road, Burley.

He is known to frequent the city centre and Armley areas.
