A spokesperson for the Leeds North West Neighbourhood Policing team said: "Officers from West Yorkshire Police's specialist Roads Policing Unit were deployed to Leeds North West, as part of Operation SPARC.
"The patrol plans were formed using the feedback given to us on a daily basis, from our local communities.
"Key areas targeted included Queensway in Yeadon, Westside Retail Park in Guiseley and the A6120 Horsforth.
"As a result of these patrols, 10 speeding tickets were issued, three vehicles were seized and a number of drivers were pulled over and educated on their manner of driving."
