The south Leeds driver held a provisional license only and was not supervised by a suitably qualified person.

Police said that the 'only take away' for this driver was his car, instead of the fast food he was intending on getting from McDonald's.

The man was given a 'big tasty' three points on his driving license and a £100 fine.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "This driver was stopped by police whilst driving into McDonald's car park.

"The driver held a provisional driving licence only, he had no L Plates displayed and he was not being supervised by a suitably qualified person.

"Unfortunately, the only take away for the driver this afternoon was his car.
