Police have stepped up patrols in the Oakwood area of Leeds as they search for the man believed to be responsible for a series of burglaries.
Six cafes and restaurants, all in Roundhay Road, have been broken into overnight since the crime spree began earlier this month.
This CCTV image was captured on cameras at Soosi in Oakwood, one of six businesses in the neighbourhood to be burgled this month.
This was the first business in Roundhay Road to be targeted. The burglar forced open a window to get inside on February 2, escaping with around 20 from the till.
On February 9, it was the turn of Soosi Mediterranean Grill. CCTV footage shows the man casually smoking a cigarette outside before breaking in.
District Deli was burgled on February 9. Owner Will Pugh said an alarm, CCTV and the venue's location on a main road had not deterred the burglar, who must be desperate to take such risks.
Indian restaurant Nawaab Khan was also broken into on the same night as District Deli. Mohammed Sajid said the burglar took a charity box and money from the till, which contained a few coins as a float.
The burglar struck next on February 12 at Tasty Kitchen and Cafe. When he found the till was not there, he broke into a locked room and took a laptop and small safe.
