One of the drivers also tested positive for Cocaine in addition to the Cannabis.

Other drivers were pulled over, spoken to and educated on safer driving and when enforcement was necessary, Traffic Offence Reports were generated.

Police are warning of the catastrophic consequences of driving under the influence.

"Where possible, drivers were pulled over, spoken to & educated on safer driving.

"Where enforcement was necessary, Traffic Offence Reports were generated, however the most serious offending resulted in 2x separate arrests for driving while over the prescribed limit.

"These arrests were both due to testing positive for Cannabis but one driver also tested positive for Cocaine, in addition to the Cannabis.

"The consequences of driving whilst under the influence can be catastrophic for the driver & their families but also the innocent people going about their daily lives."
