Man rings 999 to complain about West Yorkshire Police officers seizing his vehicle

A man has rung 999 to complain that police officers were seizing his vehicle.

The man wanted more officers to tell the officers on the scene to stop taking his vehicle away.

The vehicle was being seized for anti-social behaviour.

A tweet on the West Yorkshire Police Contact Management Centre account said: "Just had one of our worst #Not999 calls.

"Male ringing up complaining police officers are seizing his vehicle for anti-social behavior, so wanted more officers to tell the officers on scene to stop it.

"This genuinely happened....."
