Man left with serious injuries after police called to reports of fight on Leeds street

Police were called out at 9.54pm last night (Nov 15) to reports of a fight on Dewsbury Road in the Beeston area.

A 28-year-old man is believed to have been confronted by three men and struck over the head. He was subsequently transported to hospital for treatment to serious injuries and is in a critical condition.

A 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
