Man has Amazon Fire tablet stolen during attack at Leeds park

A man suffered a broken eye socket and had his Amazon Fire tablet stolen during an attack at Cross Flatts Park.

Police are appealing for information about the attack, which happened between 1am - 1.30am on Tuesday, January 14.

The 37-year-old victim was punched during the incident at the park, which is in Dewsbury Road, Beeston.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw anything suspicious in the area of the park around the time is asked to contact DC130 Tidswell at Leeds District Crime Team via 101 quoting crime reference 13200022658 or online via www.westyorkshire.police/uk/101livechat."
