Man charged with kidnap and rape in serious Leeds sex attack due to appear in court today

A man is due to appear in court charged over a serious sexual assault on a woman in Leeds.

Abdul Rab Nishat, 22, of Nowell Mount, Harehills, has been charged with kidnap and attempted rape in relation to an incident involving a 24-year-old woman in Woodhouse Lane in the early hours of Saturday, November 30.

He is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court today (December 13)
