Man wanted for stalking offences in Leeds arrested by police after seven month search
A wanted man in Leeds has been arrested after a seven month search.
A wanted appeal was issued by West Yorkshire Police safeguarding officers on Monday for information on the whereabouts of Joseph Lumb, 37, who was wanted on suspicion of a number of offences in Leeds, including stalking and engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour.

“He has since been arrested. Thank you to everyone who shared the appeal or who provided information to the police,” a force spokesperson confirmed today.
Officers had been conducting enquiries to locate and arrest Lumb since June 2025, with his last known address in the Harrogate area.
