Leeds police launch appeal after five week manhunt for drugs suspect

Police in Leeds are appealing for information to help trace a man who is wanted in connection with drugs offences.

Kyle Smith, 30, is wanted on suspicion of possessing cocaine and cannabis with the intent of supplying the drugs.

Police said he is also wanted on warrant relating to a drug driving offence.

Officers have been trying to trace him for five weeks but have not yet been able to establish where he is.

Anyone who has seen him or who has any information that could assist in tracing him is asked to contact PC 2768 Harrison at Leeds District Crime Team via 101 quoting reference 13210062283.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Police in Leeds are appealing for information to help trace a man who is wanted over drugs offences.

"Kyle Smith, aged 30, is wanted on suspicion of possessing cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply. He is also wanted on warrant in relation to a drug driving offence.

"Officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries to trace him over the last five weeks but have so far been unable to establish his whereabouts.
