7. Richard Harris
Pervert Richard Harris was snared by the paedophile hunter group Confronted & Caught after trying to entice a teenage girl online to meet him. Harris, who is 61, has a hair fetish and told the supposed youngster that he wanted to take her to a salon to get her hair cut short, then take her to bed. 8. Maurice Miller
Jealous Miller stamped on his partner's heard five times as her young daughter watched on in horror. He then laughed when the youngster tried to remonstrate with him. He later claimed the woman had tried to attack him with knives first, a basis of plea which was later dropped by 36-year-old Miller after the Crown said it would not accept his version of events. 9. Paul Watson
Van driver Watson was high on cocaine, over the drink-drive limit and travelling at nearly twice the speed limit when he crashed into a cyclist, killing him. Watson, aged 39, admitted causing death by dangerous driving and was jailed for seven-and-a-half years. 10. Rawden Ibbitson
Rawden Ibbitson was jailed last month for the brutal murder of his neighbour, Jennifer Andrews. Due to a court order put in place by the judge, the media were unable to report her name, but this was amended this week to allow identification. The court heard that he became obsessed with Miss Andrews, wanting a relationship with her. They got in an argument in June last year and 32-year-old Ibbitson beat to her death, and even bit chunks out of her face and body. He was jailed for a minimum of 29 years. Photo: WYP
