Large cannabis farm spanning four floors of house found in East End Park

A large cannabis farm spanning four floors of a house has been found in East End Park, Leeds.

Officers located the farm on Sunday, June 27 after a tip-off from people in the area.

When they went to the address to investigate, they found the cannabis plants and cultivation equipment on each floor on the house.

The plants were seized for destruction.

Investigations are ongoing.

A spokesman from the West Yorkshire Police East Leeds Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "Officers attended the address to conduct enquiries, a large cannabis farm and cultivation equipment was located across four floors inside the property.

"The plants were seized for destruction. and the investigation is ongoing at this time.

"Information from the local communities we serve, plays a vital role in tackling and addressing anti-social behaviour and criminality. If you have any information, we urge you to get in touch, reports can be made by contacting 101."
