Group of 10 West Yorkshire teenagers arrested after spate of violent crimes

A group of ten West Yorkshire teenagers have been arrested in connection with a spate of violent crimes.

The ten young boys between the ages of 14 and 16 were arrested on Monday (October 19) for multiple offences including robbery, criminal damage and theft in Bradford.

The suspects were detained through joint working from City Neighbourhood Policing Teams and response teams and also Operational Support, police confirmed.

The offences the teenagers were arrested in connection with include criminal damage to the Oastler Shopping Centre, knifepoint robbery and stolen bikes and phones.

A number of items were also recovered by officers.
