A man in is due to appear in court charged over the rape of a teenage girl in Leeds.

Shekar Bafri, aged 21, of Hall Ings, Bradford, has been charged with the rape of a 17-year-old girl in Nowell Mount Park, Harehills, on Monday, April 18.

He is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court tomorrow.
