13-year-old boy attacked by gang of youths in Harehills

Police were called to the scene on Compton Road at about 7.55am to reports that the teenager had been assaulted.

A scene was put in place while he was taken to hospital to be checked over.

He was not found to have any serious injuries and the scene was removed.

Enquiries are ongoing to identify the youths responsible.
