CCTV appeal: Do you know man who left Leeds hospital without treatment?
Police have appealed for the public's help after a man left a Leeds hospital today without receiving treatment.
Officers are trying to establish the man's identity amid concern for his welfare.
They said the man left St James' Hospital this afternoon before he had been treated by medics.
Anyone with information or who has seen the man is asked to call 101, quoting reference 1465.
