Children enjoyed a free fun day at St Johns shopping centre.

Entertainment including balloon artists Balloonatic and circus performers Phillippe Philloppe were a big hit for young shoppers.

Phillippe Philloppe rode around the mall on their eccentric bicycles. The pair rode a penny farthing and a pair of specially created six foot bikes for riding in stilts – with no stabilisers in sight.

Meanwhile, Balloonatic made wonderful creations including dinosaurs, hearts, aliens and laser guns.

St Johns Centre Manager Susan Mendoza said: “For those children going back to school next week, this was a really fun way to round off the summer.”
