Apache helicopters visit Leeds Bradford Airport

Two British Army Apache helicopters visited Leeds Bradford Airport on Thursday.

The choppers re-fuelled at the Multiflight engineering base on the site, and photographer Andrew Easby was given special access to the landing area.

The Apaches belong to the Army Air Corps, and they played a vital role in close air support during the conflict in Afghanistan.

Prince Harry is a qualified Apache pilot.
