3. Skiathos
Leeds Bradford Airport will now have direct Jet2 flights to the beautiful Greek island of Skiathos. Flights to the island - which was used to film Mamma Mia - begin in October 2021, according to the Jet2 website.
4. Newquay
Eastern Airways announced a new direct route to Cornwall Newquay Airport from Leeds Bradford Airport. The new service will be introduced on Thursday July 9, with flights operating daily from Monday to Friday. Flights will take just over an hour, the airline said.
5. Iceland
Jet2 announced direct flights and package holidays to Iceland from Leeds Bradford Airport. The Leeds-based company will be offering "once in a lifetime" trips for the Winter 21/22 season. Customers can pick from flight-only or package holiday options.
